Ronick RACON assists, advises, prepares and represents defendants at the stage of the investigation (free hearing, police custody) to the execution of warrants (arrest warrant, search wartant etc.) and in front of criminal courts (plea bargaining, judicial investigations, police courts, criminal courts, departmental criminal courts, assize courts, court of criminal appeals, court of Appeal) as well as determining alternatives measures to the enforcement of a sentence .

In that matter, he assures the following up of procedures resulting for road transport offences (criminal aspect, administrative aspect).

He also intervenes within the framework of litigation cases/the enforcement of sentences (the judge, the chamber responsible for the enforcement of sentences, courts of appeal) and of the penitential laws (inmate requests related to daily basis needs (solitary confinement, various difficulties etc) assistance in front penal institution’s disciplinary committees.

He assists the relatives of incarcerated persons in the process of (the request of permit application of visit etc).

Furthermore, he initiates and ensures the follow-up of the procedures upon request such as:

-         requests related to personal data processing files (criminal record processing (TAJ), wanted persons file (FPR)

-         national automated genetic database (FNAEG)

-         criminal record applications

-         compensation claim for pre-trial detention
