Victim assistance

Ronick RACON defends the interests of victims of criminal acts. He accompanies them from the request for the initiation of public action (hearing, filing of a complaint, filing of a civil party/filing of a complaint with constitution of a civil party, judicial information etc.) to fair and effective compensation for their damages (police court, correctional court, departmental criminal court, assize court, referral to CIVI/SARVI, etc.).
