The Firm

Since 2017, in the context of civil, commercial and criminal litigations, Ronick RACON represents and assists private and legal persons. Based in Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe), he practises as an avocat before different jurisdictions such as the Court of Appeal of Basse-Terre (Basse Terre Court of Justice and Pointe-à-Pitre Court of Justice). He also practises in criminal matters before various courts such as Regional Courts (Saint-Martin, Martinique, Guyane) as well as National Courts.

After a university/college course in which he obtained two post-graduate degrees and a doctorate/PhD in private law and took on teaching duties, he obtained the certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer (CAPA).

He learned the rudiments of the profession within the firm of W. JULIÉ (Paris Bar), specialized in criminal law/international criminal law. He also interned at the Paris Attorney/Procuror general's office.

Convinced that litigants in Guadeloupe and the French West Indies are also entitled to excellence, rigor, technicality and perseverance, he joined the Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy bar and collaborated in the activity of the firms TACITA and SCP MORTON & ASSOCIÉS.

Having developed a recognized competence in various fields of intervention, he puts reactivity, adaptability and availability at the center of his practice.

He receives visit and exchanges in French, Creole, English and Italian.
